Guests taking breakfast in our Dining Room naturally have a choice of tea or coffee. We serve our coffee in cafetières, each "dressed" in a smart little jacket to keep it warm. When these attracted lots of comments, we decided to offer them for sale in the Dining Room. They come in 3 sizes and various colours, priced from £2 to £4 each. At the local Craft Fayre, held each year in the Glenmoriston Millennium Hall we sold lots of these to locals. Perhaps we should call them the "Invermoriston Cozies"Breakfast Baskets have a cafetière included when guests order ground coffee with their breakfast.
